2- Social emotions? Captured and used?
Emotions must be controlled and managed so we can all live together, and thus collective social customs and rules arise. Some are open, some are private or public.
Is the shaman psychologist social? He intervenes in public using current rules, but adding the skill of one who sees and guides the common collective unconscious.
He uses what free and spontaneous attention suggests to you. It is your unconscious content that reveals itself.
He uses humble things, simple gestures, and obvious figures recognizable by all as operational tools for action. The instinctive collective energy of the group will strengthen the ritual.
If the shaman-psychologist attempts to influence the collective, from a single, solitary, and anonymous perspective, then he uses anonymous and consumable content to mark a place with your attention. His action will be secret and active in its intent.
But he will not force or impose his will.
He, the operator, will allow the result to unfold in the flow of the "collective blood." Then, when the rite is completed, he himself will let it die without leaving a trace. The result will be free to seek the solution to the case.
What is spontaneous is consumed. It also consumes the unconscious desire that willed-desired the performance of the rite; be it a personal or collective rite.
Every will of the Ego is born hidden in a Legacy hidden from the Ego itself. When the Ego agrees to annul the desire for the result, then it is realized using the power hidden in "Blood Legacy."
Conscious action feeds on the unconscious; it is consumed by using its power...
This is how the spontaneously accepted power of the unconscious creates an image of what it finds "at random" but which it chooses as an image of what it experiences as an intent to act or intervene in collective reality. Or personal reality.
This collected totem object (kept secret but inserted into the collective attention, but without forcing it) is allowed to act for what it represents, but without interpreting it. Such is its represented action, real and not just imagined.
Now it will be the image object itself that speaks to the personal or collective unconscious it can reach. Its power is seasoned by the intention of whoever placed it in the chosen place to act.
This action will be secret and entirely carried out "randomly." A single seed charged with an intent that is never rigid or absolute. Free.
Its greatest effect will be on whoever finds it or notices it. They will be able to transmit it in turn into the reality they experience.
This will happen both consciously and unconsciously.
Respecting the unconscious means letting it draw conclusions.
Residual emotions? You can control them, let them pass, endure them until they are unleashed and discharged.
But you know they are annoying and steal your life.
So represent them as best you can. Make them into diagrams and clocks, graphs, concrete and real objects to "See" them as objects and images.
And so you emerge from their invisible mask.
You see them from the outside, to look at them and no longer suffer them only from within.
